On September 20, 2023, the company successfully hosted the Liaoning Forum on Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Technologies for Process Industries. Tao Yang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Kong Xiangjie, Vice Mayor of Jiangyang City; and Biao Guoxiang, Head of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the forum. The event’s theme was "Dual-Strong Strategy, Smart Collaboration for Liaoning." It kicked off with the establishment of the Dual-Rui Industry Technology Innovation Consortium, the founding of the Liaoning Boshi Low-Carbon Industry Development Innovation Research Institute, and a focus on advancing green energy-saving technologies, fostering innovation, and promoting the practical application of cutting-edge solutions. Looking ahead, the institute will play a pivotal role in shaping the future landscape of the region's key industries, driving the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and supporting businesses through initiatives in areas such as marketing strategies and business development.

　　The event featured the unveiling ceremony of the Liaoning Doctoral Low-Carbon Industry Technology Innovation Research Institute, followed by the presentation of certificates to representatives of the institute's expert committee.
