The China Magnesite & Material Association (CMMA), established in April 1991, is supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the National Development and Reform Commission serve as its guiding authorities. CMMA comprises organizations across China involved in magnesite mining, raw material processing, product manufacturing, equipment production, commodity distribution, design and application, as well as research and education.
