Congratulations! Indonesia's KPN Group successfully commissioned its vacuum system on the first attempt!

　　From July 19 to 27, 2023, the company’s steam-jet vacuum system was successfully commissioned at Cisadane Raya Chemicals (hereafter referred to as CRC), a subsidiary of Indonesia’s KPN Group—providing critical assurance for the company’s official production and operation.

　　Indonesia's KPN Group, headquartered in the capital Jakarta and established in 1989, primarily operates in sectors such as plastics, food, construction materials, logistics, and real estate. The company annually produces 4 million tons of oil products, accounting for 10% of Indonesia's total output. Among its operations, CRC's production line, built in 1996, has a daily capacity of 600 tons of palm oil and its derivatives. However, the original deodorization vacuum system—equipped with equipment from the German brand Körting—has suffered significant wear on its nozzles and severe corrosion of the shell due to prolonged use. As a result, the vacuum level fails to meet required standards, leading to reduced production efficiency and compromised oil quality.
　　To enhance work efficiency and improve product quality, CRC signed a renovation agreement with our company after thoroughly communicating and agreeing on the solution we provided. Following the agreement, with active cooperation from our company’s technical, production, quality, and other relevant departments, we maintained strict quality control throughout the process—ensuring that products meeting customer requirements were meticulously processed and promptly shipped to Indonesia.

　　During our recent service period in Indonesia, our company’s technicians lived up to expectations, working tirelessly day and night to identify and resolve issues, ultimately ensuring the successful commissioning of the equipment and its seamless entry into production. Meanwhile, to help CRC company personnel gain a deeper understanding of the vacuum system and guarantee smooth daily operations, our technical service team conducted specialized training for their staff on the intricacies of the vacuum system. Our professional, patient, and attentive service has earned high praise and recognition from our clients. As a result, our technical experts were invited to visit other oil refineries under KPN, providing hands-on guidance tailored to their specific operational needs, while also engaging in insightful discussions about key topics such as vacuum efficiency and energy consumption.

　　Replacing the imported German Korten brand, the original equipment nozzles were severely worn, and the casing suffered from significant corrosion, resulting in insufficient vacuum levels, reduced production efficiency, and compromised oil quality. After thorough communication and mutual agreement with our engineers regarding the solution we proposed, they chose to collaborate with us.
　　Our company's service team successfully completed equipment commissioning on-site, while also providing technical training. Our professional, patient, and attentive service has earned high recognition and praise from our customers. Additionally, our technical service personnel were invited to other oil plants under KPN for visits and guidance on their actual operational practices, during which we discussed issues such as vacuum efficiency and energy consumption.

　　The successful commissioning of equipment from CRC, a subsidiary of KPN, has opened a gateway for our company to enter the Southeast Asian market. As of August 2023, KPN's Indonesian subsidiary has already signed three contracts with us—one is already running smoothly, one is currently being installed, and the third is scheduled for delivery by the end of September.
　　Indonesia and Malaysia boast widely distributed oil refineries, and the palm oil market continues to thrive with significant growth potential. As governments increasingly tighten environmental regulations, it has become imperative for companies to upgrade their equipment if they want to survive. We are confident in bringing China-made products to international markets, delivering exceptional service to every customer, and leaving a lasting, shining mark on Southeast Asia's ongoing development journey.
